Each one-hour instalment features two job seekers who are blind, partially sighted or have a neurological condition such as cerebral palsy or Autism Spectrum Disorder as they change employers’ perceptions and possibly land a coveted job. Mitchell Daniels is a 22 year old singer who has been performing for over 15 years. For his work, he has received the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal and the Lieutenant Governor’s Volunteer Award. In this video, Mitchell performs a cover of Stars from the musical Les Misérables.
